The production process of the whole wet fish meal production line can be divided into four parts
1. Fish meal production line
Raw fish or fish steak and leftovers, after magnetic separation equipment after iron into the hopper, and then by the screw conveyor constantly into the cooking machine. After the material is ripe, it enters the press directly. After being pressed by the double screw, the juice is pressed into the juice pool, and the cake is pressed into the dryer. 2. Fish oil production line

The fish residue is returned to the dryer, and the fish liquid is sent to the vertical oil-water separator, where the fish oil is separated and reprocessed to get the finished fish oil.
3. Concentrated liquid production line
After the work of vertical oil-water separator, the fish protein water retains a variety of nutrients, such as soluble protein, various vitamins, inorganic salts and so on. However, the fish protein water with 90% -- 95% water content must be concentrated before it can be added to the dryer, and the protein content of fish meal can be increased to 2% -- 3%, and the fish meal yield can be increased to 20% -- 30%. The resulting fish meal is called "whole fish meal".
4, environmental protection system
During the whole process of wet whole fish meal production, it should work under sealed condition. The odor from the cooking machine, press, dryer, fish, hopper, tank and trough, etc. are all collected and sent to the odor removal tower for centralized treatment through the air inlet pipe. Part of the soluble odor is dissolved and absorbed by the cooling water and discharged into the sewage, while the other part of the insoluble odor is discharged from the top and sent to the boiler room for high-temperature combustion. Deodorizing back into the atmosphere, waste water after strict treatment to meet environmental standards after discharge, in order to protect the environment.
Process flow:
The material enters the fish cutting crusher through the storage bin. The secondary steam is discharged from the maximum steam chamber of the shell through the air exhaust pipe, which maintains a weak vacuum degree, so that the waste steam will not leak out, but also avoid absorbing too much cold air. The material plate installed on the spindle is located between the heating coil, which can push the material along with the forward movement, and has the self-cleaning effect, can remove the covering layer on the shaft and cylinder wall, in order to maintain good heat transfer ability.
